The Évora team of the AURORA project and the EU GREEN ALLIANCE are organizing a series of workshops dedicated to Renewable Energies and Citizen Science. The first of these events took place on February 25, at 6:00 PM, in Room 124 of Colégio do Espírito Santo, Évora.

The second of these events will take place on March 11, at 6:00 PM, in Room 138 of Colégio Luís António Verney, Évora.

This hands-on workshop will focus on the use of thermography as a tool for energy efficiency. Participants will have the opportunity to explore thermal cameras connected to mobile phones to identify heat losses, air infiltrations, and insulation failures in buildings. The session will include a live demonstration and practical exercises to diagnose thermal problems or residual energy consumption.

With this innovative approach, the goal is to empower participants to make informed decisions that help optimize energy consumption and reduce costs, promoting more efficient and comfortable buildings.

Participation in the workshop is free, but prior registration is required. Interested participants can secure their spot through the following link: https://forms.gle/gj3xMrD6e2seqUGv5.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about energy efficiency and contribute to a more sustainable future!
