There is no progress without passion, neither in science nor in personal life. I am privileged to work in such an exciting and rapidly developing field of science, technology and engineering as photovoltaics is. It makes me happy to contribute to the local and global sustainable development goals. At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering I am surrounded by young talents on BSc, MSc and PhD study level, but with the accelerated deployment of photovoltaics as the cornerstone of energy transition my mission to raise awareness and provide fact-based information among citizens for green deal is even more important.
