Biography

I am a researcher at Aarhus University, dedicated to advancing sustainability across various sectors. My work focuses on promoting the green transition by exploring how innovation and sustainable practices can be effectively created or adopted by different stakeholders. I am particularly interested in fostering social acceptance of sustainable behaviors, understanding what people think and do in areas such as sustainable farming practices, biodiversity measures, sustainable food consumption such as plant based food or other contexts. Through my research, I aim to contribute to solutions that drive positive environmental and societal change.

Motivation

Personally, my motivation to get involved with AURORA came from not knowing how to get started with installing solar panels on my own home. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to sign up for employee shares in AURORA on our university buildings and contribute and learn in this way. AURORA is a fantastic project, and I believe all the hard work put in by its dedicated members should pay off by expanding it further. I am excited to see more projects like this implemented in other towns and on both public and private buildings.
