Dr. Industrial Engineer and Professor at the University of Zaragoza. He has been teaching since 1994 in Industrial Engineering and in other master’s and postgraduate studies, in subjects related to electrical systems and energy markets. Author of several books and more than 100 articles and papers in international journals and congresses, he has given more than 150 conferences and specialised courses. He is currently responsible for the following chairs in collaboration with companies and institutions: director of the Atalaya Chair of energy Communities, Director of the Municipal Energy Transition Chair of Zaragoza City Council, Director of the ISDEFE Chair in Energy. He collaborates in training activities and projects with different institutions, organisations and companies in matters related to electric supply contracting, energy communities and electric mobility.
