Project AURORA will be attending the European Climate Pact Annual event during March 2025. We will be seeking to share our success in piloting a citizen science framework for climate change mitigation. Our aim will be to convince EU Climate Pact Ambassadors and Pact Partners to support our ideas for a European wide citizen science programme on climate change mitigation. We are being supported in our efforts by:
- Professor Jacqueline McGlade, former Chief Scientists of the United Nations Environment Programme and former Director of the European Environment Agency;
- The Stockholm Environment Institute;
- The European Citizen Science Association;
- We Are Tomorrow Global Partnership (WAT-GP);
- Ana Belén Cristobel López EU Climate Pact Ambassador and Leader of EU Projects AURORA (Horizon 2020) and JALON (LIFE+) and
- Martin Brocklehurst Chair of the Citizen Science Global Partnership
- David Kozlowski, Berlin Sports Federation
