Anyone can join and express their views on how citizen science can be used to support efforts to tackle climate change
The main purpose of this group is to bring together a global group of citizen scientists to exchange best practices on how citizen science can be used to mitigate climate change and support EU and Global measures against climate change.
The group is focused on action that will reduce carbon emissions from citizens who are responsible for up to 30% of all carbon emissions. It is led and moderated by the EU AURORA Horizon 2020 Research Project – Tackling Climate Change.
Project AURORA will also share key outputs from this group with the EU, UNEP, the UNSPBF and the Citizen Science Global Partnership (CSGP) as we search for agreed global citizen science programmes that the group can recommend to the CSGP / UNEP to mitigate climate change.
Make sure you join so you can tell your Grand Children what you did to tackle climate change!
