At the 41st EU PVSEC conference, which was held between 23 to 27 September in Vienna, Austria, project AURORA presented their case in Aarhus University.
The EU PVSEC is an international leading forum for photovoltaics research and development. As the biggest conference on PV solar energy, it not only sets focus on PV technologies and application, but also integrates perspectives from social, political and business sectors.
In her presentation, Marta discussed the challenges that were encountered when setting up an crowdfunded rooftop solar facility at Aarhus University, as well as the respective strategies to tackle these challenges. Since she last discussed such topics at the IEEE PVSC conference, the community (Universitetets Energifællesskab F.M.B.A, or UEF) in Aarhus made further progress in their installation and therefore encountered new challenges. Marta’s presentation therefore touched on these new challenges and what was done in response.
